The Goal: Turn a slow first year into a record enrollment year for first classical charter school.


A Hillsdale College candidate school, Veritas had a strong educational model but a slow start with enrollment. The challenge was not the product. It was the messaging. Most families in the area had never heard of classical education, and the early marketing was limited and difficult to connect with.

We partnered with Veritas in 2025 to overhaul everything. We ran a strategy-intensive session with the head of school and board, built audience personas, analyzed the competitive landscape, and rewrote all marketing messaging from the ground up.

With no internal marketing team, we came alongside their leadership to run all digital ads and manage their entire ad spend. The results have been exciting. Veritas is on track for a record enrollment year.
