  • Each school and fundraising goal is unique, and so are our partnerships.

    We specialize in partnering with your existing team (school leadership, development staff, and board) to provide strategic advice and supplemental support. This partnership can last months or years, depending on the goals and timeline.

    We also partner with traditional capital campaign companies you may be working with to provide strategic creative and marketing support, an area critical to your success. In our experience, most capital campaign companies have a sub-par creative department. We can help.

    Some schools partner with us to increase their annual fund donations. A partnership includes strategic planning, donor research, marketing materials creation, event strategy, and ongoing coaching. For schools that are embarking on a capital campaign, partnerships may also include a simple feasibility study in addition to the items above.

  • We won’t because we know the most compelling (and successful) solicitations always come from leaders personally involved with your mission. That means your school leadership, board, and current parents.

    Hate asking for money? Fear not! We’ll help you tell the story, create the visuals, and coach you through the process. This is our sweet spot!

  • The industry average for capital campaigns is somewhere between 6-9% of your total goal. This investment should include management services, materials, printing, events – everything – to reach your goal. Far too many schools have tried (and failed) to raise funds on a shoestring budget. It takes money to raise money, and we’d love to break down the investment to help you understand the potential of a great campaign.

  • This is the golden question, and we’re glad you’re asking it. It’s an important (and often overlooked) reality check that we’re happy to help you work through. Typically, we recommend a one to three-day intensive with our team to explore the potential of your current donors, new prospects, the vision of your school, and the impact if you successfully raise the money. We’ll help you find an answer to the question!
